Great staff, smiling and helpful. Free cup of tea in the room. Wonderful breakfast with a view. Perfect location near metro and old city. Safe area. Great balconies. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Free bottles of water. Good location near bars and restaurants. Soundproofing is excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to tourist attractions and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good local knowledge. The room had a balcony which offered a pleasant view of the district.

The bathroom had a slight issue with dampness and a morning smell.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Easy access from the central station and next to the metro. The location is perfect for exploring the center of Naples. The hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast terrace is beautiful and offers a great start to the day. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Naples.

airone hotel exceeded our expectations during this trip to naples. the location was perfect - just minutes away from the port, old city, and metro. the staff was incredibly helpful and the room was spotlessly clean.

Great location. Rooftop restaurant, delicious breakfast with both sweet and salty options. Helpful staff. Elevator and luggage room available. Heated rooms and friendly staff. Conveniently located near the airport bus. Excellent bed, close to historical center and port. Good area, safe and clean. Extraordinary service from Fabio, who gave us tips on attractions and restaurants. Tea/coffee and cake available. Wonderful illustrations in the lounge. Appealing roof terrace/breakfast room. Safe and fridge in the room. Compact but functional bathroom.

Had a great Thanksgiving in Naples. Loved the modern facilities and the delicious breakfast. the location was perfect near the port which made for easy exploring. the rooftop terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains was my favorite spot for breakfast. the friendly staff even offered free luggage storage after check-out.
