I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located between the city center and the bus station. It was convenient to explore the city and had easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel was near various shops, allowing for a great shopping experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and they offered a great view. The breakfast provided was delicious, with freshly squeezed juice and a variety of options to choose from.

We had such a pleasant stay at a hotel in the heart of Cortina. The location was fantastic, right by the center of town and opposite the ski bus station. It was so convenient to access other ski areas and explore everything the town had to offer. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was ample and had a variety of options to choose from.

That the wifi didn't work properly, which was a bit disappointing.

Excellent staff service and assistance. Michela, a helpful bellboy, unloaded and parked my car with a continuous smile. Andrea at the front desk was welcoming and resolved a car rental issue for me. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options including cooked-to-order omelettes. The room was spacious with a sitting room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. The view from the balconies was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

our stay at alaska cortina was exceptional. the large rooms were filled with sunlight, and the staff was genuinely helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the ski slopes, christmas markets, and local restaurants. we felt truly taken care of during our stay.

I was amazed by the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The separate sitting area with a couch and table with chairs was a nice touch. While the TV placement was a bit odd, I was able to make adjustments to enjoy a partial view from the bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of Cortina, making it easy to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, while not extravagant, provided a decent start to the day. The bathroom had adequate counter space, although the shower was a bit small.

We felt totally at home during our stay at Hotel Alaska Cortina. There was nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Great location in the heart of the city, so close to everything! the staff was super welcoming and always willing to help. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice selection of food and drinks.

Parking was also a challenge, with limited space and high fees. However, overall we had a good city trip experience and would consider returning in the future.
