The location is also fantastic, with just a five-minute walk to the train station and being fairly close to the leaning tower. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are equipped with functional air conditioning and traditional Italian furniture.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even upgrading me to a bigger room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the patio was a lovely spot to enjoy it. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, the train station, and the historic sites. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Pisa.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the warm welcome from the staff. They spoke excellent English and made me feel right at home. The 24-hour reception was also a huge plus, ensuring that I could check in or ask for assistance at any time of the day or night. The ambiance and decor of the hotel were impressive, with a luxurious feel and a touch of history. It created a lovely atmosphere that I enjoyed throughout my stay.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the noise from the housekeeper who started cleaning the room next to mine early in the morning. This disturbed my sleep and was quite frustrating, especially since my room was on the ground floor.

The email informed us about the broken aircon, offered cancellation or discount. We chose discount. Angela greeted us warmly, upgraded to junior suite, provided large fans. Room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished. Owners Angela and Pio were helpful and wonderful hosts.

The hotel's central location was perfect, being situated between the train station and the main area for shopping and nightlife.
