The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a disappointment. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport which was quite convenient for our visit to the nearby attractions. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. The breakfast had a variety of options including fresh meat, cheese, eggs, yogurt, and cereal. We also liked that there was a laundromat nearby and a kebab & pizzeria shop for quick meals.

It would have been better if the toilet had higher flush pressure.

Wifi was slow.

The hotel is conveniently located near Venice airport, allowing for easy access to the shopping center La Piazza. Additionally, the bus station is nearby, where we were able to purchase a 72-hour tourist ticket for 30 Euro, a great deal considering it allowed us to explore various nearby islands too. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. Although the breakfast was not included, there were many food shops in the area where we could buy our own meals.

The receptionist provided incorrect information about the transportation to the main attractions, causing us to incur unexpected expenses.

I had booked two single beds, but they weren't separated upon arrival. However, the reception personnel went out of their way to help and separated them. The staff at Altieri were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the public transport to the hotel was fantastic and quick. Despite the AC not working properly, the room was still comfortable. I recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.

The location was excellent, as it was just a short drive from the airport and there was a convenient bus stop nearby that took me straight to the center of Venice. The staff was very attentive and allowed me to keep my bags at the lobby after check out, which was a huge convenience. The rooms were quiet, spotless, and spacious, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer and a shower with great water pressure. I was impressed with the value for money and the excellent service provided by this hotel.
