The best aspects of our stay were the fantastic service and the convenient location. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the nearby ski lifts and beautiful mountain views. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a guided adventure hike, which was a fantastic way to explore the area.

The worst aspects of our stay were the uncomfortable pillows and the disappointing van service. the pillows provided were too firm and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.
