I also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and on-site shops, which made it easy to grab any essentials I needed. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ansitz Steinbock! The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for wineries and activities. They even let us store our dog's special diet food in their freezer. The hotel's location provided stunning balcony views and there were plenty of cozy sitting rooms to relax in. The on-site parking was convenient and the price was a great value for such a luxurious experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had beautiful sitting rooms with comfortable sofas and tables, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning surroundings.

The wifi only works in the main areas of the hotel, due to the stone walls.

Despite the cold weather, our New Year's stay was brightened up by the beautiful view from the balcony and the exceptional ride we had! The staff was welcoming and provided us with complimentary coffee on arrival. The room was well-lit and comfortable, and the food and drinks served were of high quality!

What dampened our stay was the lack of central heating in the room which made it quite chilly during the night. The Wi-Fi was also quite limited, which did not allow us to remain fully connected with our loved ones back home. Finally, the gym facilities were minimal which was a letdown for those who enjoy exercising.

Old castle in medieval town, antique interiors. Comfortable room, great view. Friendly staff, helped us find dinner. Outstanding restaurant, delicious meals with Michelin star presentation. Perfect breakfast. Worth every cent.
