We had a fantastic stay at this recently renovated hotel, with its modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to various outings and events. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's roof deck, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views in both rain and sun. Private parking was also available for an extra fee, which was convenient for our family.

We felt totally relaxed and had no reason to complain during our stay.

One minor drawback is the lack of secure storage for personal belongings, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Although the staff is always present at the reception, it would be beneficial to have more secure options available to guests, such as safes in the rooms, to ensure peace of mind.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the pedestrianised town centre was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the area on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the beautiful lady at the reception and her manager who went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, offering a stunning view of the town both day and night. Additionally, the breakfast provided was perfect, with a variety of options to choose from.

Parking was the only inconvenience, as it costed 12 Euros per day and was located far from the hotel if you had luggage to bring. However, despite this minor drawback, I would highly recommend this venue to my family and friends.

I had a delightful stay at this place! The location in the pedestrianised town centre could not have been more perfect. It was just a short walk from the lake, right in the center of Riva. This made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the local restaurants. The staff were very lovely and helpful, always attentive and good-humoured even when the hotel was busy with guests. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from heating and air conditioning to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The terrace was a wonderful addition, providing a great spot to sit out in the evenings and throughout the day. the staff truly made my stay here exceptional.
