The staff, most of whom spoke English, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The clean and comfortable room had a large bed, and the bathroom was spotless. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast, which included a variety of gluten-free options alongside the usual sweet treats. The hotel's proximity to a bus/tram stop just a 2-3 minute walk away and a metro stop about 10 minutes away made it easy to explore the city without any hassle. Additionally, there were supermarkets within close reach, adding to the convenience of the hotel's location.
