Delicious food and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing us with complimentary cappuccinos and baked goods when we missed breakfast. The location was perfect for catching the ferry or the bus and the view from our room was amazing.

The nearby bars on the ground floor and next door were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. parking in front of the hotel on market days was a bit of a hassle as it made it challenging to leave.

This hotel is just fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right in the center of a charming ancient village with character. And being right in front of Lake Como, the view is simply breathtaking. The convenience of having the boat ferry just across the road is a huge plus, making it easy to explore the nearby villages. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and clean, with the option of getting twin beds. Plus, the breakfast, although with limited options, is included and enjoyed with a view.

All in all, everything was absolutely spot on during my stay!

My stay at Hotel Argegno was exceptional. The rooms exceeded my expectations, even better than the photos. The owners were incredibly attentive to my needs and made me feel well taken care of. The location and view were absolutely breathtaking. I fell in love with the charming town of Argegno. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The convenience of being near the ferry and bus stop made exploring the area so easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, right across the road from the public bus from Como and across from the water taxi port. Being able to hop on a boat and explore the surrounding areas was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations or assist with any requests. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views of the lake were amazing. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfactory, with a good selection of fresh bread and pastries.

The only area where this hotel could improve is in terms of the lack of air conditioning. The rooms can get quite warm during the summer months and having air conditioning would have made the stay more comfortable.

Limited paid parking spaces available, which can be a hassle if you are driving. Noise from nearby bars may disrupt your sleep, so light sleepers may need to bring earplugs.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Argegno. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake from our room. The staff treated us well and were attentive to our needs.

This was my fourth stay at Hotel Argegno and once again, I was impressed. The hotel may not have any bells and whistles, but it is incredibly friendly and clean. The main reason I keep coming back is because of its fantastic location. Being just steps away from the ferry stop, it's the perfect base for exploring all the villages around Lake Como. Plus, you're just a short walk from the FUNIVIA to Pigra, a hidden treasure of the area. And let's not forget the delicious restaurant that's a favorite among locals. If you're looking for a cozy spot to rest while touring Lake Como, Argegno and Hotel Argegno are the place to be!
