Mind-blowing location near university and hospital, surrounded by blooming trees with awesome scent. Plenty of parking. Superb breakfast. Comfortable rooms with daily bedsheet change. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Wow-worthy parking for motorbikes, security camera. Ample storage and desk/chairs in rooms. Pleasant balcony, fridge, and basic toiletries. Comfy bed. Plentiful and high-quality breakfast. Perfect for city exploration or discovering Emilia Romagna. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions, such as the Enzo Ferrari Museum and the Lamborghini Museum. It was also conveniently situated near the Ferrari Factory Museum in Maranello. This made it easy to visit all of these iconic spots during my city break.

One aspect that I didn't enjoy was the breakfast provided by the hotel. The options were limited and mostly consisted of dry cakes or dry stale bread with spreadable cheese.

exceeded expectations. calm street, nice balcony, ample parking, overwhelming breakfast. friendly staff, quick responses. clean, comfy, quiet room. convenient location for walking, driving, and public transport. previous stay in Modena. perfect for a romantic date. Astor was everything we needed and more.
