The hotel is a clean and modern place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. As Christmas is a busy time of year, I was grateful to have a convenient car park just a short walk away. The location was great, as it is just a five-minute walk to the port and city center. the continental breakfast was enjoyable, with delicious coffee.

There were a few less enjoyable aspects of my stay. I didn't like the fact that I was asked to leave the room key at reception when leaving the hotel.
