Spent Xmas at this gem that combines old-world charm with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. The hot chocolate was definitely a highlight, as was the spacious room with beautiful tile floors and chandeliers. , the central location is unbeatable, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

At night, the noise level was a bit high, which made it a little difficult to sleep. it would have been nice to have some tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

We had a great stay at Bel Soggiorno! The location was perfect, with a bus stop to Porta Principe train station just a few meters away, and a metro station within 500 meters. Bignole train station was also within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants around and everything we needed was easily accessible. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast served in a room right in front of the reception, with a decent selection and fresh pastries prepared every morning. The staff was friendly and the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being located on a central street.
