I had a great stay at this hotel in Naples. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room I stayed in was modern and had a nice bathroom with instant hot water in the showers. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all that Naples has to offer.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We had a great stay at this hotel, situated in a convenient location close to the train station. The room was clean and beautiful, with a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and precise, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options available. The hotel also had great facilities, such as air conditioning, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere.

The shower in our room had a minor issue with leaking.

Easter weekend wasn't all bad. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was decent too. the location was close to some popular tourist spots.

The hotel was in a sketchy area and we didn't feel safe at night. the room was a disappointment.

During our stay at Bella Napoli Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. It was just a few minutes away from the main train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The staff, especially the ladies who served breakfast, were polite and made us feel welcome.

Although our stay overall was enjoyable, we did have a minor inconvenience when we arrived late from the airport. The square next to the hotel was quite busy and felt unsafe due to rowdy and drunk individuals.
