The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. the location was also good, right in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. the room was clean with a comfortable bed.

The hotel needs some major upgrades, especially the furniture which was old and dusty. the pool was not well maintained and looked uninviting.

I recently stayed at Hotel Benaco for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The location was ideal, with many restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront just a few blocks away. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool area was a nice bonus, always clean and inviting. a wonderful stay!
