What an amazing experience! The staff here were absolutely fantastic - always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. Lastly, the rooms were modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

One thing that could have been improved was the noise from the garden maintenance. It would have been great if they could avoid using noisy hedgecutters while guests were enjoying the peaceful garden.

The garden and pool were nice and clean, a great spot to relax on a hot day. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helped with any requests we had. the location was convenient with a bus stop nearby that took us into the town center.

I recently stayed at the Eco Hotel in Malcesine for a few days and it was an absolute gem. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The car park was convenient and easily accessible. The pool was great for a quick dip, and they served delicious snacks and drinks throughout the day. Everything was immaculately clean, and the view from the rooms was simply breathtaking. The huge balconies were a bonus, getting the perfect amount of afternoon sun. The self-service breakfast had a great selection, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with printing our boarding passes. The hotel also helped us book affordable taxis to and from the airport. a fantastic stay!
