The junior suites were spacious, modern and high quality. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The free parking for our camper van was a bonus.

Located away from the waterfront noise, but close enough to walk. Well-decorated rooms may not appeal to luxury seekers. Adequate continental breakfast and friendly staff. Good base for exploring the lakeside.

The hotel is located in beautiful gardens, just a short walk from the lake. The pool, changing rooms, and gardens are well-tended and always clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, making sure that the rooms are maintained to a high standard. The breakfast offers an excellent choice, with items being rapidly refilled if running low. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

Some of the entertainment provided during the Friday evening gala dinner in the garden was not up to par and could be better without it.
