Stayed at a pleasant family-run hotel in mid July. Room was clean and had a balcony with a lake view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good base to explore Lake Orta.

What a stay! the best Christmas experience ever. the complementary breakfast was definitely the best start of each day, including not only amazing pastries and fruit, but also the option to get a personalized omelette cooked on the spot. the hotel location was perfect, really close to the city center and main attractions. the free parking lot on site was a huge advantage and saved us a lot of hassle. the staff was so helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to make our stay perfect.

Couldn't find anything to complain about, everything exceeded our expectations. the only thing to keep in mind is that due to the close proximity to the main road, there was some slight noise from passing cars, but that was not enough to take away from the overall amazing experience.

The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options including fresh cooked eggs, sweet cakes, charcuterie, cheese, cereals. The hotel's proximity to the town center and bus station made it convenient for us to explore the area. The cleanliness of the property and the reliable wifi were definite pluses. highly recommended for a great Italian experience with a family touch.
