our stay at enna was amazing! the staff at Bristol went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. their helpfulness and friendly attitude made a huge difference. the location was great too, with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and attractions.

When our rental car broke down, they were there to assist us. The location of the hotel is excellent, just two streets away from the main thoroughfare. Spent my Xmas at a hotel in a lovely Italian town and it was just about right! The location of the hotel was perfect- very close to the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived, offering to help me with my luggage and directing me to my room. The room itself was cozy and decorated with lovely Xmas decorations. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with fresh pastries and hot coffee.

My experience at the hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. Firstly, the room was quite small and cramped for my liking. Secondly, the shower was minuscule and it was difficult to move around comfortably. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable- which was frustrating when trying to stay in touch with family during the holiday season. while I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, these negative aspects certainly detracted from my experience.
