We had a fantastic experience at this place. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always available to assist us. The location is unbeatable, allowing us to visit all the highlights in Florence within a few minutes' walk. The rooftop restaurant and bar provided a stunning view and a perfect spot to relax. The room was stylish and well-decorated with contemporary art pieces, and we especially loved the high ceiling and big windows overlooking a charming old building.

The terrace was lovely, and the rooms were soundproofed which made for a great night's sleep. The staff were very attentive and made us feel at home.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city. Our room was stylish, comfortable and had a great view. Despite some noise from the rooftop terrace, we had a fantastic stay. The staff were welcoming and even left us a lovely surprise in the room. I would highly recommend Calimala for a city break.

The breakfast was delicious and one of the best we had during our xmas trip! the rooftop view was amazing and a great place to enjoy breakfast. the room was beautifully decorated with luxurious marble in the bathroom and came with extra amenities like slippers and toiletries. the staff was friendly and made our stay even better.

The noise from the street and nearby Christmas markets woke us up a few times in the early morning. And getting there by car was tricky due to road closures and limited parking availability.

The rooms had a New York loft feel mixed with a Tuscan touch, which was very appealing. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the 24-hour gym and rooftop bar with a stunning view. The location was prime, with easy access to tourist attractions and high-end/local shopping. The staff were extremely helpful, providing great recommendations and attending to everything we asked of them.

We had a fantastic and amazing stay at Calimala! the location was perfect, right in the center, making it easy to access anywhere in the city by foot. the room was elegant with beautifully designed furniture and a comfortable bed with soft linen. the bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Everything was impeccably clean and shiny. the receptionist, Francisco, was super welcoming, kind, and nice. We especially appreciated their assistance with parking, arranging for our car to be taken to a nearby garage and brought back when we needed it. one of the best stays we've had, and we hope to visit this hotel again!
