I recently stayed at Hotel Capitol in Milan for a few days. The staff at reception and housekeeping were excellent and very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a suite free of charge. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. Despite its central location, the rooms were quiet and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with fresh towels and a well-made bed every day.

The rooms are comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast offers a decent selection, ensuring a good start to the day. Some rooms even have a beautiful view of the city.

The ironing facilities are lacking, which can be inconvenient for guests who need to iron their clothes.
