I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The property was well kept and very clean, with friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. The simplicity of the hotel room was exactly what I needed and the staff were always there to assist. The breakfast offered a nice selection of bread rolls, croissants, cereals, yogurts, fruits. As a budget traveler, I found this hotel to be a superb value offering.

During Christmas, my stay at this hotel was made enjoyable by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located close to the main train station and had easy access to water buses and the bus station. This made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city and get around easily. Lastly, I loved the fact that the hotel provided a delicious breakfast every morning. It was a great way to start my day and fuel up for all the sightseeing I had planned.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were not so great. the lack of clear directions to the hotel was a bit frustrating.

I stayed at Hotel Caprera in Venice for 3 nights during my vacation. The staffs were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from St. Lucia train station, making it easy to explore the city. There were plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, yet the hotel was tucked away on a quiet side street. The basic but comfortable room had everything I needed, and the breakfast was delicious. I even left my AirPods behind and the hosts arranged to send them back to me. Truly exceptional service!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the hotel is located in a secure area just a short walk from a busy street, so it was both quiet and conveniently close to the train station and vaporetto stops. This allowed me to easily explore the Cannaregio district, which I may not have done if I had stayed elsewhere. the reception staff were very kind and provided excellent recommendations for seafood restaurants near the Grand Canal. Even though my room didn't have a canal view, it was surprisingly quiet at night, providing a peaceful atmosphere after a long day of exploring.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Caprera. the staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Even after a transport delay, the manager stayed late into the night to ensure we were booked in. They were always there to help or advise us. the hotel, while not state of the art, was comfortable and offered great value for the price. the location was just a few minutes walk from the station, making it convenient for travelers. If we visit again, Caprera will be our first choice.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel very close to the train station. The location was perfect, close to everything and made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was really helpful and friendly, providing us with a detailed map to locate the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. The breakfast served was sufficient and the owner even prepared breakfast for us when we had to check out early for our flight.

The room was a bit cold and the bathroom could have been warmer.

During my recent stay at Hotel Caprera, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location. Being so close to the train station made it incredibly convenient, especially when carrying luggage. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and available all day, providing exceptional service. They even stored my luggage when I arrived early and wanted to explore the city after checking out.

Although there were some minor drawbacks such as the lack of an elevator and occasional noise from outside or other rooms, these were only small inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.
