The hotel is a little dated in style, but the cleanliness in all areas is of the highest standard. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet at night. All of the staff are so pleasant. The quality and choice of the breakfast surpass any hotel breakfast that I have ever eaten. The lake is just around the corner and the center of Bardolino is a very pleasant stroll away.

Felt really comfortable, no complaints at all.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail and the prime location near everything you could ask for. The friendly staff and basic amenities added to the overall delightful experience.

the hotel far exceeded my expectations. the cleanliness was outstanding, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. the staff were all so pleasant and the location near the lake and town was perfect. highly recommend.

Christmas decorations at the hotel were splendid and the staff kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the lake and to the town center, we were able to walk around and see different shops and restaurants. The third-floor room had an impressive view of the surroundings and had a cosy feeling.

Our room was considerably small and cramped with no space to move around, even though we didn't spend much time in the room it still felt quite claustrophobic. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and not enough variety was offered. the experience could have been better, especially for the price we paid.

We had a late flight on our last day, but the hotel kindly allowed us to use the pool and changing room until 1pm. However, we were disappointed to find out that as non-guests, we couldn't use the shower in the changing room. It was confusing and inconvenient, but overall I still recommend this hotel.
