Cosy rooms with modern comforts such as a minibar and air conditioning. The rooms were so comfortable, it felt like being wrapped in a fluffy cloud. The air conditioning was like a cool breeze on a scorching summer day, and the minibar was stocked with delightful surprises.

As a senior, I really appreciated the thought that went into creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that catered to all ages.

I wish there had been more handrails and non-slip surfaces in the bathrooms to ensure the safety of senior guests. It would have made my stay even more enjoyable if I didn't have to worry about slipping or losing my balance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carmine. The location is fantastic, situated on a charming square within walking distance to all the attractions and shops. The hotel itself is a beautifully refurbished old monastery, with many original features that give it a unique and historic charm. Our room was comfortable with a shared balcony access and a lovely garden view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely mind-blowing with a wide variety of delicious food.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a historic hotel in a charming old square. The staff was amazing, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bar/lounge area was terrific, with knowledgeable staff and a great selection of Marsala wines. The building itself was splendid, full of character and beautifully restored. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of restaurants nearby and a good breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

One minor issue was that the bed was actually two beds put together, and it came apart during the night. Another drawback was the lack of parking, as we had to park on a nearby side street.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast offered an abundance of local specialties. The location, situated on a charming square, was convenient for exploring and dining at nearby restaurants. Our room, a split-level triple, was excellent.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. Situated in an historic piazza next to a 12th-century tower, it offers a very picturesque Sicilian scene. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable with traditional furniture, including a large and cozy bed. The breakfast is a delight with a wide variety of fresh fruit, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, and homemade cakes. this hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for a city tour.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions and shops. We also loved the bar with its vaulted room and extensive selection of Marsala wines. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and gorgeously decorated. Carmine is one of the best 3-star hotels we've ever experienced.
