the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, Dome, and central market. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were charming and well-furnished. The breakfast was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience.

climate control was lacking

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the centre of the city, close to all major attractions and lots of good restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for those travelling by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a good selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereals. guests have the option of cooked breakfast and can enjoy complimentary tea at the end of the day.

The bathroom could have more space and amenities.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the top location of the hotel, just 10 minutes away from the main train station. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore all the sights in Florence on foot. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of crêpes, pancakes, waffles, omelettes, cold cuts. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the room had a beautiful view of the dome of Cappelle Medicee. The hotel was clean and quiet in the evenings, allowing us to get a restful sleep.

Great basis from which to explore. Brilliant location, very close to the train station and the city center. The staff were all helpful and knowledgable. We asked for a later check out and they helped us with this. The rooms are clean and all that you need when visiting. The breakfast is hearty, varied and the coffee excellent.

The shower camera must be enlarged and better designed. The elevator is so small and slow that whenever it reaches the top floor, we thought this was the last time too.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing and we were just a short walk away from all the major attractions. The service was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room amenities were great too, with everything we needed from tea and coffee facilities to air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We were impressed with the cleanliness as well as the beautiful garden furniture when we needed a place to relax. The staff even looked after our bags after check-out and provided refreshments until we had to leave.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with key landmarks like the Duomo and the shopping district within walking distance. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of options including an omelette bar and fresh juices. The fast Wi-Fi was also a plus, allowing me to easily stay connected during my stay.

One downside was the lack of lift access to the third floor, which meant carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed us of this during check-in and offered assistance.
