I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Riva with an exceptional location. The view of Garda from my room was simply breathtaking. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged an airport transfer for us, making our travel much easier. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The hotel also had a pool and a jacuzzi, which were great amenities. Being right in the center of town meant we could easily explore and enjoy the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Riva del Garda.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center, with a restaurant right on the square and the beautiful lake front just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the daily maid service kept everything spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.

There was a small issue with the transportation options provided by the hotel, as some guests mentioned confusion about the available cards and the lack of a train station in the town.

This hotel is located right on the north shore of Lake Garda, offering a beautiful view of the lake from its rooms with balconies. Being in the center, it is the perfect location for exploring the area and enjoying all the amenities that Riva del Garda has to offer. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable, including breakfast, making it incredible value for money.

All aspects were satisfactory, nothing needs improvement.

Excellent lakefront location, only a 3-minute walk to boat landing. Good breakfast buffet, enjoyed eating outside. Friendly multilingual staff. Room was ready upon arrival, at 11 am. Reasonable price.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. the check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. Car parking was available nearby, allowing us to bring our car without concern. We also appreciated the restaurant's outdoor seating with a lovely view.

The triple room was extremely small, even for three adults. the square-facing room was noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Despite visiting in early May when it was a bit chilly, the hotel had a lovely lakefront area where guests could sit and enjoy the view if the weather was sunnier. The breakfast was relaxed and had a wide variety of options, with no rush to finish. The coffee machine stood out as superior to other hotels we stayed in, and the staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to temporarily store our bags after check-out.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints whatsoever.
