Great location with easy access to city center and main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Room was quite basic and not very clean, especially the bathroom. Additional fees for air conditioning and amenities like a toilet in the room felt excessive.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the main square and just a short walk to the cruise ship terminal. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering early breakfast and late check-in options upon request.

Some of the staff members were not very welcoming, making us feel uncomfortable in certain situations.

We had a wonderful stay at Centrale! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Our room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially Stefano, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety and the cappuccino was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in the city.
