The room had a superb bed and nice bedding, with luxurious cotton sheets and cozy wool blankets. The hand towel was also of excellent quality. The room had great character and plenty of space. The location was convenient to attractions, eateries, the river, and the train. The owners were first class and very helpful with recommendations and orientation.

Felt like treated like royalty, nothing to complain about.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the central location and beautiful building. Alessio, one of the hosts, provided great tips for exploring Florence and trying delicious local food and gelato. The private triple room with a spacious bathroom was perfect for our group.

The hotel is right in the heart of Florence, super close to the center and essentially near to everything. The location is great, with easy access to all attractions. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, providing great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit.

Despite the shared bathroom, it was kept immaculately clean and we never had any issues. We also appreciated the sink in our room, making it convenient for us. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist hotspots. The staff, especially Alessio and Asumi, were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.
