Chicago was an excellent hotel choice for our stay in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, right across from Termini station, making it convenient for exploring Rome using the metro or simply walking to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions we had. We felt safe in the area, even when walking to catch an early morning train to the airport. The accommodations were comfortable and reasonably priced. Although there was initially a strong bleach smell in our room, it quickly faded by the second day. we were very pleased with our stay at Chicago and would highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a central location in Rome, just a few minutes' walk from Roma Termini. The hotel was conveniently close to supermarkets and a variety of food restaurants, including Indian, Filipino, Chinese, Korean. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed hot water for our children's noodles. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh beddings and towels provided. A bonus was the breakfast delivery to our room, thanks to a lovely lady. The beds were also very comfortable.

The air conditioning worked well, which was a blessing in the 39-degree heat. The room was cleaned daily and overall, we were really impressed with the services provided. We will definitely choose Hotel Chicago again when we next visit the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rome that reminded me of the hustle and bustle of Chicago. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the railway station and a few shops. We even walked to the Spanish Steps from here. The staff was extremely friendly and responded quickly when we needed a repair in our room. The shower was great and the room had a fridge, which was convenient. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was not noisy at night. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
