Attention to detail spot on! We were welcomed warmly and even received complimentary champagne for my birthday. The gala dinner was extensive and delicious, especially the best beef dish I've ever had. The pool was clean and the use of Rituals products was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the Dolomites. highly recommended!

The location of this hotel was perfect for my new year trip. It was walking distance to the ski lift, making it really easy to hit the slopes. What's more, it was just a short drive away from several other attractions in the area, including a beautiful lake. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made my stay really enjoyable.

The room I stayed in was a bit smaller than I had expected. It wasn't terrible, but it did feel a bit cramped at times.
