The staff at Hotel City went above and beyond to accommodate our family of nine for breakfast, even serving us before the scheduled start time. The large and beautifully decorated rooms, especially the spacious bathrooms, were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to the Duomo and easily access buses and trams. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Florence.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a few blocks from both the train station and the city's famous landmark. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering great facilities and even a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.

The hotel was located in a prime location near the train station, which was convenient for us during our Easter weekend stay. We were able to easily access restaurants and nearby attractions within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was satisfying.

Although the air conditioning unit appeared to work properly, it couldn't cope with the unseasonably warm temperatures during the night. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Good location, OK breakfast. Helpful elderly gentleman at Reception. Informative and a great way to start mornings. Great staff, excellent memories. Like being at home with a relaxed and stress-free atmosphere. Balcony room was wonderful. Every small request taken care of. Exceeded expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of City. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station and all the major attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and powerful heating system. the breakfast included a variety of delicious options, perfect for starting the day. Hotel City exceeded my expectations and made my first visit to this beautiful city truly memorable.
