The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Sirmione old town and is close to everything, including restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing great service. The breakfast is delicious and served on a lovely terrace in the garden.

The air conditioning could have been stronger as the cool air didn't circulate well in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a bus stop right next to it for easy access to Sirmione center. The hotel was also near the lake, and we enjoyed strolling along the waterfront. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, giving us a cozy and comfortable stay. the location was perfect. It was just a short walk from the beautiful lake and some amazing restaurants. The hotel itself was lovely, with a modern boutique style and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed and a balcony overlooking the gardens. And the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options including a soft boiled egg made to order. We couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel's location near the bus stop made it convenient to access the center of town and the old town. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

The humidity in the room was very high, and there was no ventilation, so it was uncomfortable to sleep. there were many insects around the hotel, making it challenging to sit outside and keep the doors open.
