Staff friendly, patient, great location , delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, daily cleaning.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel's proximity to the churches of Padre Pio and the shrine was extremely convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. The breakfast provided a decent selection, even offering coffee and tea with biscuits for those who couldn't stay for the full meal.

The shower area was a bit small and could be improved.

Convenient location and helpful staff. the hotel is located a short walk away from the bus station and key attractions. the staff was extremely helpful in providing information for day trips in the area. the breakfast and dinner offered were quite good and enjoyable.

Uneven service and limited menu options. Despite the helpfulness of the staff, some instances of rude behavior and impatience were experienced.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, just a short walk away from the sanctuary of St. Pio. Its proximity to the shrine allows easy access for visitors who wish to pay their respects. Additionally, the hotel is situated around 200 meters from the Shrine of St. Pio, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims.

One downside is the lack of ventilation in some of the rooms, particularly during the winter months. This can make the rooms feel stuffy, as guests are required to keep the balcony doors shut to combat the cold outside.

This hotel is perfect if you are visiting Padre Pio. It is located a stone's throw away from the Friary, making it very convenient for travelers who want to visit Chiesa Antica e Santuario di Santa Maria delle Grazie and Chiesa Superiore e Chiesa Inferiore di San Pio da Pietrelcina. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast, although simple, is effective and gets you ready for the day. the value for money is superb.

I loved the comfort, cleanliness, and great selection of breakfast at this hotel. The staff was honest and helpful, and the front desk attendant, Giovanni, was extremely courteous. The location near the Shrine of St. Pio and the accessibility to the bus stop were also great advantages.

Great location near St. Pio Shrine, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to bus stop, reasonable train fare from Rome to Foggia, recommend bringing a travel kettle and tea. Enjoyed the affordable set lunch/dinner at the hotel. Short walk to the peaceful Shrine, remember to dress appropriately.
