Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff with limited English skills. Good level of spa services. Ski-room with effective drying system and secure cabinets for ski-boots compared to other hotels in the area.

I had an incredible stay at a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The family who runs the hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, close to ski lifts, slopes, and amenities like a ski hire shop and supermarket. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the half board dinner offered delicious 3 or 4-course meals every night. The breakfast buffet was also impressive. The wellness center had a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and more, all kept clean and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful which added a nice touch to the cozy and clean atmosphere of the hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect, it was located close to the ski lift and within the center of the town. the food was diverse enough, and I enjoyed trying local wines like Brunello and Chianti. the value for money was definitely worth it, given the services offered.

The room I stayed in was small and lacked proper space for ski equipment. the spa was nice, but the whirlpool had a brown foam and greasy spots which made the experience unenjoyable.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the lively atmosphere. It's also very close to the Tagliede ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes and enjoy a day of skiing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day.

One downside is that the TV signal in the rooms can be quite poor, with only a limited number of channels working properly.
