We were in Venice for a few days and the hotel's location near the bus terminal and train station was perfect. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the view of the canal from our room, and being able to watch the gondolas pass by was a unique experience. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the easy walk from the train station and the city center. The view from the hotel rooms was lovely, and the facilities were clean. The fast Wi-Fi was a plus.

I stayed 8 days in this hotel, and my room had a 1980's bond vibe about it. The location is great, with easy access to vaporetti stops and plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel overlooks a quiet canal, and our room had a lovely balcony patio. There is a vibrant area called Studentville just 5 minutes away, with lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the communication with the hotel was perfect. we really liked the charm of this hotel and its amenities. You wouldn't regret staying here.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city landmarks. the area was less touristy, allowing me to experience the local flavor of the culture. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near Piazzale Roma, making it easy and fast to get the bus to the airport. I also loved the quiet ambiance of being on a back canal, and the terrace provided a wonderful place to relax and watch the occasional passing gondolas.

One downside was that my room didn't have much privacy as it overlooked a seated balcony, which meant I couldn't open the window and blinds without compromising it. However, since I didn't spend much time in the room, it wasn't a significant issue for me.
