They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations on things to do and see in the city. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated near all the main attractions and landmarks, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, the room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

There were also a few negative aspects of my stay that I must mention. the wifi at the hotel was extremely slow and unreliable.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the main sites in Florence, such as the Doumo, the Galleria dell'Accademia, and the Uffizi Gallery. It is also conveniently situated in the center of the sightseeing areas, surrounded by many restaurants.

Some rooms had issues with leaking showers, which could be an inconvenience for guests.
