had a delightful stay at a centrally located hotel in Bardonecchia. The family-run establishment was charming, clean, and well-maintained. The staff, especially Beatrice, went above and beyond, making us feel comfortable and even helping us with ski passes and transportation.

Carpets and tablecloths need updating.

The hotel is well established and has spacious rooms with good storage space. It is located within walking distance to the town shops and a ski bus stop, and there is a mini bus service to transport guests to the slopes. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The food was poor and I would not recommend eating at this hotel. while the location and staff were great, the food and outdated decor detracted from our experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a family-run hotel in the center of Bardonecchia. the staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. the brioche in the morning was fantastic, and we enjoyed the peaceful garden and lovely view from our spacious room. the hotel had all the necessary facilities and the owner, Beatrice, was always around and very helpful.
