The rooms had beautiful balconies with mountain views and lots of flowers. The front desk girl was friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was enjoyable. Good location for ski lifts and gondolas.

The staff, particularly the girl at the front desk, was very friendly and professional, always going above and beyond. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a good start to the day.

The parking lot was quite small, causing inconvenience due to the hotel's high occupancy.

Great location, perfect for winter sports lovers: easy access to many ski lifts and gondolas. Friendly staff, fluent in multiple languages. Delicious food with plenty of options for all tastes, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

The overall value for the money wasn't the best, with some amenities such as tea in the room or bathrobes not living up to expectations. the extrabed for the kid was uncomfortable and the noise from some rooms can be disturbing, especially if they face the street.
