I had an amazing stay at a beautiful and cozy property right by the lake. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake. The highlight of my stay was when I had some issues with the weak wifi in my room. The staff, especially Letizia, went above and beyond to help. They first provided access to the reception wifi, but when that didn't work, they upgraded me to a room with a lake view at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and the lady who took care of us was incredibly polite and patient. The hotel also had an infinity pool with a view of the lake, which was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, beautiful location, and excellent service.

The transportation to other tourist attractions can be a bit inconvenient, with limited buses/ferries and longer travel times. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from Milan-Malpensa airport, so it may not be ideal for early morning commutes.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was by far the best place we have stayed in Italy. The rooms with a view of the lake were modern, clean, and comfortable. We loved waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. The pool area was fantastic, with a stunning infinity pool and breathtaking views of the lake. It was always easy to find a sunbed and relax by the poolside. The breakfast had a good choice and was delicious, with a lovely view over the pool and the fantastic lake.

The hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants and close to the boat stop in the area. Additionally, it is situated on a busy street, ensuring easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable, providing a homey feel for a solo traveler. The bathroom is clean and modern, offering a pleasant experience during your stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide range of options, guaranteed to satisfy every palate. The view from the hotel terrace is breathtaking, providing a perfect spot to relax and admire the beauty of the surroundings.

One minor downside is that some amenities, such as the outdoor pool, may not be available at certain times.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Domaso. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with an awesome view of the lake from the second floor. The staff was extremely polite and nice, and the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs for breakfast, and the pancetta was delicious.

Great Thanksgiving trip! the hotel was clean and bright, and the view from the room was stunning. the breakfast had a variety of tasty food and the pool was amazing with a breathtaking landscape. the staff was responsive and helpful, and the location was near good restaurants and sightseeing places.

The noise from the street was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep at night. there were no slippers or dressing gown in the hotel room which made it uncomfortable to go to the SPA.

Our stay at this lovely hotel in a stunning location was worth every penny. The room was spacious with a spectacular view of the lake. The staff treated us like family, especially Lara who went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider selection of hot dishes.
