I was lucky enough to stay at Du Lac in Room 1, with a private balcony and an unbelievable view of Lake Como. the room itself was beautifully appointed with rustic Italian charm. the location was right in the town center but down a quiet street for privacy. the staff were wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. the terrace offered incredible views of the lake. a pricey but well worth it stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The beautiful old church in the plaza and the stunning villas are all within walking distance. The trail to the Castello di Vezio starts right at the lakeside, perfect for further exploration of the lakes Como and Maggiore. The hotel has a cozy "family run" feeling and offers comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. The friendly and efficient staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast options were limited and of low quality, a disappointment for those who enjoy a good morning meal while on vacation.

We stayed at this place and we loved it. It is centrally located, just on the lake side, and above the restaurant which is a great plus. The staff was amazing, and they provided excellent service from the receptionists to the housekeeping and room service. The amenities are modern and high quality, from the air conditioning to the flat-screen tv. We enjoyed the terrace and the free toiletries.

Located down a steep hill from the nearby piazza, this charming hotel is tucked away behind a lakeside location. The rooms and bathrooms are nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served on a patio overlooking the beautiful views of the lake. There is also a lovely garden where you can enjoy drinks and food. The location is perfect, with the walkway around the lake just outside the hotel.

It would have been nice if they had provided screens on the windows to keep out the mosquitos.

Had an amazing Xmas here. the views were jaw-dropping and the location was perfect. the staff were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. What we enjoyed the most were the two complementary facts offered, which were the delicious Xmas dinner and the daily breakfast buffet. Being right by the lake was beautiful and made our trip even more special.

The only negative aspect was the price, which was a bit on the expensive side. But considering the location and everything that was offered, it was worth it.

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with access to charming restaurants and eateries. The staff were friendly, gracious, and always willing to help.
