We arrived later than expected and had to check in at the affiliate hotel nearby to get our room key. It was a little inconvenient, but we managed to find it eventually. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, with big windows that allowed fresh air in. The location was great, close to the train station and within walking distance to all the attractions in Florence. despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a good stay at Elite and would recommend it.

The nearby rail station made it convenient for us to take day trips. The lady taking care of the rooms was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to explore many attractions by foot, including the Duomo, Santa Croce, and Piazza Repubblica. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. Additionally, the hotel offered compensation for the non-working air conditioning by giving us free breakfast, which was served in a nearby 4-star hotel and was truly delicious.
