This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was incredible. The prices were reasonable considering the excellent service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the well-maintained facilities, everything was in order. Lastly, the location was perfect. With breathtaking views of the mountains, it was a truly idyllic setting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, with a balcony providing breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I loved relaxing on the outside patio before dinner. The location was great for visiting Lake Pragser Wildsee, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel. The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast had a good selection, although it could have included fried eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful mountain getaway.

We had an amazing New Year's at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and the room was cozy and clean. the hot tubs were a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. the location was perfect for us since it was walking distance to the ski lift and there was a bus stop nearby that took us to town. Another great feature was the breakfast buffet that included a variety of pastries and eggs made to order. We loved the mountain views from our room and the rustic decor.

That there was no air conditioning in the room, so it got a little stuffy at night. We also found that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from other guests in the hallway.
