Our room at Hotel Fenicia was small but clean and comfortable. The linen and bedding were clean and in good condition. We appreciated the free bottles of water provided by the hotel. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main bus station and taxis. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our baggage before check-in and after checkout. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Super well-located, comfy room, and the staff, Tutul and Rito, were absolutely mind-blowing! They made my stay jaw-droppingly amazing. The hotel was organised, reliable, and impeccably cleaned every day. The proximity to the train station was ideal and the area felt safe and quiet. The value for money was great, with helpful staff, good wifi, and a well-cleaned room. Perfect for solo female travelers too!

We stayed at Hotel Fenicia for three days and had a fantastic experience. The location near Termini terminal was perfect for getting around easily. The staff went above and beyond, offering free amenities like water and showers after check-out, as well as valuable travel advice. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. With restaurants nearby and the option to leave bags at reception, convenience was top-notch. We even forgot a pair of shoes and the hotel held onto them for us. With comfortable beds, affordability, and a great location, we would definitely stay here again.

The Best Location! I was just a few steps away from Termini Station, which made it so easy to explore Rome. Plus, the high-speed train connections allowed me to visit other Italian cities with ease. The area was filled with restaurants and cafés where I enjoyed delicious Roman cuisine and pizza. And if that wasn't enough, the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica was within walking distance.

Stayed at Fenicia for a weekend getaway. Amazing location near the station, just a 3-4 minute walk to Termini. Rooms were okay, and overall cleanliness was alright. The staff were friendly and provided extra bottles of water free of charge.

The location was mind-blowing, with the train station just a short walk away, making it super convenient to visit all our desired destinations. The room was jaw-dropping, even better than others we had stayed in, and Uddin was an absolute superstar, always friendly and helpful. The staff at reception were really nice and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel's great location near Termini station made it easy to explore Rome's main attractions, and the shuttle buses to/from the airport also stopped here. Additionally, the lift was a lifesaver, especially for older guests or those with heavy luggage. The staff even went above and beyond by providing an electric kettle upon request. our stay was exceptional and we couldn't have asked for more!
