The breakfast is good, with a variety of choices including cereals, bread, cake, and croissants. there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel.

The air vent in the bathroom could have been cleaned better, as it was full of dust.

The fridge did not work properly and caused our food to spoil, and the TV was not functional despite attempts to fix it. the overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par as it was dusty and musty, making it uncomfortable to stay in.

As young holiday goers, we loved the exceptionally clean rooms and the brilliant manager, Indrid. The breakfast room was also great, thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Irina. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the Leaning Tower and other attractions. The area surrounding the hotel was vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We had a great time exploring the city and will definitely be staying here again!

The value for money at Hotel Francesco was excellent, with a basic but clean room and a beautiful shared outside space overlooking the botanical gardens. The location was superb, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay warm and comfortable.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider selection of tea and coffee sachets for each person, including different types such as green, dark, and coffee.

I had an amazing stay in the heart of the historic area of Naples. The hotel was incredibly clean and the facilities were top-notch. Moreover, the location was perfect as it was close to many sights in the city center. I also enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the downstairs cafe, where the staff was friendly and accommodating.
