We had a fantastic time at this hotel! Its location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the famous Santuario de Padre Pio. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even if they didn't speak English. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and the free parking was a great convenience for us.

The language barrier did make communication a bit difficult at times.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and we had a great time! the location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants and the main attraction. the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, even though we didn't speak the same language. We were pleasantly surprised to find a free car park available for guests. the room was clean and perfect for our needs.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with a limited selection of bread and cereal. the room was a bit small and the view from our window was not great.
