We had a wonderful experience staying at a charming hotel, tucked away in the historic part of town. the Galileo, run by Francesca, was full of character and style, with a lovely lounge area. Our room had a beautiful painted ceiling and overlooked the bustling street. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Tower area and surrounded by plenty of attractions and great dining options. the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. a delightful find!

We definitely got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was big, clean, and bright, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. The location was perfect, being in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions.

I loved staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the tower and the river. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a bright and airy feel to it. I particularly enjoyed the view from the reception room overlooking the picturesque courtyard. Another highlight was the nearby vegan restaurant/takeaway, which was just a stone's throw away. the staff made us feel valued and welcome throughout our stay, which was a refreshing change from previous experiences elsewhere. I highly recommend Galileo to anyone visiting.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations and assistance. the hotel's location was ideal, situated right in the city center, close to the famous tower and a convenient supermarket. the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, with daily cleaning provided. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip, as it was very close to the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. We loved being able to explore the old town and visit the famous tower and church without any hassle. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist us with any needs we had and made our stay more enjoyable.

The uncomfortable bed, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We also found that there was quite a lot of street noise, which was a bit distracting at times.
