The hotel had a convenient location near the train station and close to the waterfront and cafes. There was also a supermarket and a deli nearby, making it easy to grab essentials. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. They even offered upgrades and provided great customer service, making us feel at home.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. We were hoping for some basic amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge, but those were not available.

This Easter, I had an amazing experience staying at a hotel nearby the lake and the train station. Conveniently located close to the main attractions, the hotel offered me the opportunity to explore the city without wasting time on transportation. the staff was the best aspect of my stay here as they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed their top-notch customer service, which was exceptionally good throughout my vacation. the hotel provided excellent amenities, including a comfortable room with a serene balcony view and an appetizing breakfast menu.

One downside that I experienced while staying at this hotel was the occasional noise from the street when I kept the windows open. However, it was quite manageable, and with closed windows, the room remained peaceful.
