Great value for money and the room was comfortable and spacious for our family of five. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ruins and with easy access to other areas. The staff at Giovanna were amazing, especially when they helped us with lost keys from our motorbike. We felt safe and well-taken care of during our stay.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Giovanna. The receptionist instantly made me feel welcome and the grounds were lovely, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The shower was great and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for visiting the Pompeii park. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel had nice decor and the room had a comfortable bed. the breakfast served in the morning was also decent with fresh juice and pastry. the hotel was also situated in a quiet area, perfect for a romantic escape.

The location was far from the city center and the ruins which made it difficult to move around. the staff was not very helpful with directions and recommendations.
