I recently had a great stay at Hotel Giuliana in Rome. Jean, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She kindly changed my room to a twin without charging me extra, and even held my reservation when I made a mistake with my payment card. the entire staff at the hotel provided excellent customer service. the breakfast every morning was delicious, with fresh ground coffee. I also loved the veranda at the hotel, where I could relax and enjoy a smoke surrounded by lush plants. the location of the hotel was perfect, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I was impressed by the electronic key card system, making it easy to access my room. This 2-star hotel felt like a hidden gem, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Rome.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Giuliana. Jean, the receptionist, treated us like family and provided outstanding customer service. the rooms had a beautiful traditional charm and were impeccably clean. the location was perfect, with the Metro just 10 minutes away and the Colosseum within a 20-minute walk. We loved being close to local restaurants and gelato shops, and it was a short walk from the Rome airport shuttle bus. We felt well taken care of and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of travel advice and books were available to help us make the most of our time in Rome.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. The location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the metro, bus, and train stations. The hotel's location was excellent, near Termini and the best sights of Rome. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about local eateries. The interior of both the rooms and reception area was fresh and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
