Recently renovated, spotlessly clean, jaw-dropping junior suite with mountain view, wide breakfast choice , great dining options, ski shuttle service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms were perfect for my family and the view of the slopes was breathtaking. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including delicious home cooked pizza. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

Minor improvement needed: More closed wardrobe options would be great.

The hotel has a stunning location with fabulous views. The staff is always friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds, and there is ample storage space for ski equipment. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel also provides a shuttle to the nearby ski lifts, making transportation easy and convenient.

The elevator can take some time, causing occasional delays for guests.

our recent stay in sestriere was amazing, but staying at gran roc exceeded our expectations! the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food made for a perfect holiday. the free shuttle to the slopes was a bonus too.

Recently refurbished, clean and friendly hotel with excellent food and helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide range of options and the dinner was great and reasonably priced. the ski room was convenient with boot dryers and the free shuttle to the ski lift was always quick and easy to use.

The spacious rooms at Gran Roc were a pleasant surprise, providing plenty of comfort and relaxation. The bar, with its friendly bartender, added to the delightful atmosphere. The decor throughout the hotel gave it a modern yet cozy feel. Additionally, the breakfast was satisfying, offering a good variety of options to start the day.

Although the hotel had its positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The lack of closets or storage space in the rooms made it difficult to keep things organized.
