I had a wonderful stay at this venue. The room was clean, spacious and had very comfortable bedding and pillows. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops, as well as the main attractions. The view from my room was absolutely magnificent! I could see the beautiful scenery right from my window. The hotel had great amenities including a Turkish spa and jacuzzi, which were free of charge for guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

My stay at this hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a surprise bonus of a giant balcony with a view. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in town, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more choices.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with great views of the Carnival and children's ski slopes from our balcony. The hotel's proximity to the main lift to Val Gardena was very convenient. We also appreciated the free regional bus tickets and access to the nearby Dolomiti Mar pool and spa complex. The sauna onsite was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. a great experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying all that the area has to offer. The rooms have stunning views of the mountains, and the modern facilities including a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi are well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests, like offering a jump start for a car. a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One downside is that breakfast is not included in the room rate, although there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ortisei that really exceeded my expectations. The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable and clean room, complete with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the town and neighboring pool club. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and the Mont Seuc gondola. The staff at the hotel were incredibly pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with storing our bags and arranging taxis. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also outstanding, with a creative and innovative menu that impressed me with every dish.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have more complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Although when we requested more, the staff seemed a bit displeased, and it wasn't refreshed during our stay.

We had a delightful surprise during our stay at Hotel Hell. It was my partner's birthday, and we had requested a bottle of Prosecco to be in our room upon arrival. To our amazement, they not only fulfilled our request but also provided an extra bottle for our birthday dinner. The gesture made the celebration even more special and memorable. The attentive service and thoughtfulness of the staff truly impressed us. The hotel's location in the charming village added to the overall experience, with beautiful views and easy access to the ski lifts. The well-maintained room and comfortable bedding ensured a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's wellness area provided a great place to relax and unwind after a day of skiing.
